Allow chains to be placed sideways/directionally like log blocks, or automatically-diagonally (vertically slanted) like rails

The chains are really cool for hanging lamps, but they could also be exceptionally useful in artistic builds if they were able to be placed horizontally or on angles using a stair-step placement approach, similar to how rails switch to a slanted version.

Just imagining all the anchor chains, drawbridge chains, and so on that could come of this.
