Piglins/hoglins spawned in bastion remnants can outrun players

The bug

Piglins/hoglins spawned in the bastion remnants are able to outrun players, unlike the piglins/hoglins that spawned in nether wastes, crimson forests or ones spawned by their spawn eggs.

To reproduce, you need a structure block in "Load" mode and type (minecraft:bastion/mobs/hoglin) with include entities on. And go to survival and observe the speed of the hoglin.
