I expected unemployed villager to not steal the jobsite of employed villager that has been traded with

What actually happened was...:
unemployed villager stole jobsite of employed villager when it could pathfind to it

Steps to Reproduce:
1. put 2 villagers with jobsite
2. trade with the villager that claimed the jobsite
3. and the unemployed villager may steal the employed villager work station
