Can not launch - freezes at Mojang Screen

When I attempt to Launch Minecraft it freezes on the Mojang screen and I get the error message that Java(TM) Platform SE Binary is not responding. Yesterday I downloaded a Mod from OptiFine and ever since then I am unable to launch. Any help would be great. 

 

As a side note, I have gone into the Minecraft folders and removed that mod but it still does not load. 

 

I also have the Game Output file and It seems to be freezing on "Reloading ResourceManager: Default, Better+Leaves+Add-On+V2.2-1.15.zip, VanillaTweaks_r488998.zip"

 

Update: I have removed the 2 Zip files above and tried to relaunch again. I got the following exit code -"805306369"
