The bug:

After respawning or joining a world, the attack cooldown timer resets

Steps to reproduce:

Join a world, or die and respawn

(To make the effect more visible, hold an item with a slow cooldown such as a wooden axe, quit to title, and join the world)

Then, observe the attack cooldown timer reset
