Shulker Disappears

 So I was sorting my ender chest and I wanted to add a shulker box in it. I put the things that I wanted in and renamed it after putting it in the 2x2 crafting box in my player and it disappeared and I lost a bunch of diamond armor sets swords and tools. This glitch happened to me again and I lost all my wood supplies. I am playing in the snapshots but this glitch exists in the 1.15.2 also (I tested it) is there a way to get these shulker boxes back.
