Unlike zombies, zoglins don't call nearby zoglins after being attack

This is not a duplicate of MC-174566, it's entirely different. Also not to be confuse with the spawn reinforcements‌ attribute for zombies.

Any type of zombie can call nearby zombie reinforcements after being attacked, but zoglins in the other hand do not have this behavior.

To reproduce

1. Spawna group of zoglins
2. Go to survival
3. Drink an invisibility potion
4. Attack a single zoglin
   → They don't call for reinforcements
