TextureEnder makes Cobblestone the texture of Stone Bricks

If you run the TextureEnder.jar (Convertor from Texturepack -> Resourcepack) The cobblestone gets the StoneBrick texture.
This is not a bug in the texturepack I used. This is since I converted it.
