Voluntary Exile advancement and Hero of the Village advancement don't show up in the game

When you go into the L menu to see the advancements Voluntary Exile and Hero of the Village advancement are missing from there. Even after I killed a Raid Captain and got it's banner they are still gone and I didn't get the Bad Omen effect and went into a village without triggering a raid.
