Tiny inconsistency with quartz block/bricks textures

This is NOT MC-177828, but a different texture issue entirely.

If a wall of quartz blocks is placed, it can be seen that a continious line of white pixels at the top of every block will stretch on through all of the blocks. However, with quartz bricks, the very top right pixel of the block's texture is darker, breaking this line.
