Cobblestone cannot be replaced by blackstone or cobbled deepslate in some recipes

Given that blackstone can be used to craft furnaces, it appears to be a Nether substitute for cobblestone. However, blackstone cannot be used in the following cobblestone-based recipes:

• Brewing stand
• Dispenser
• Dropper
• Lever
• Observer
• Piston & sticky piston
