Armor Glint doesn't appear on the Player

In third person the Armor enchantment glint for all types doesn't show

Tools appear normally but armor doesn't show

1. Use the enchantment table or the enchant command to enchant the armor
2. Put the armor in whatever slot it needs to be put in
3. Go into third person
