Shulkers cannot be opened while playing closing animation anymore

The bug

What it says on the tin. You cannot quickly close and reopen shulker boxes anymore. Might be an extension of MC-171561 as I found these two bugs popping up at the same time. It's very annoying when you accidentally exit a shulker box and try to quickly get back in.

How to reproduce

1. Place shulker box
2. Open shulker box
3. Close shulker box and attempt to open it before you hear the closing sound finishes
   → Notice you won't be able to access it until the closing sound/animation is finished

Note: I'm using the sound as a queue for when the animation finishes.
