lag when ever i turn

so minecraft was running well until recently i tried to mess with all the settings installing optifine and many other things but whenever i turn my camera angle i get massive lagg spikes, its fine if i just walk foward. i have a youtube video of it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0b_clui5jBo if anyone could help i would greatly appreciate it
