Fireworks launched under a block will go through that block

Steps to Reproduce

• Summon a square of blocks above your head.

  /fill ~2 ~3 ~2 ~-2 ~3 ~-2 minecraft:stone
  

• Obtain some firework rockets and use them against the stone ceiling.
• Take note as to whether or not fireworks launched directly below blocks will pass through them.

Observed Behavior

Fireworks launched directly below blocks will pass through them.

Expected Behavior

Fireworks launched directly below blocks would not pass through them.
