Random splash sounds in spots of bodies of water

I've noticed that when close to bodies of water (perhaps those where fish are spawnable), a loud splashing sound will play. This only happens in seemingly random spots in the water. I've captured a short clip with audio here.

This is perhaps not a new issue, as it's been present since the last few updates.
