execute doesn't work anymore

The following command worked flawlessly the snapshot before Infinity, now it does nothing. No error message, its as though I am not typing anything. This happens in a command block and in regular chat.

/execute at @e[name=item_frame] run data merge entity @e[limit=1,sort=nearest] {Invisible:1a}
