Can't Interact with anything in 20w14a

Recently I have been noticing this bug that happens quite a few times. Once I come out of the nether, and back into the overworld, I cannot interact with anything, nor do anything, only move. The only way to fix this bug is to rejoin my world. Is this happening to anyone? And will this be fixed in a later snapshot as a patch?
