Creeper spawns from nowhere in daytime

I've encountered it two times, one was during snapshot 20w13b, during trading with a villager, in daytime, I heard creeper igniting and blasted the whole place including me and villagers get killed. The second time is during at my base, snapshot 20w14a, while I was sorting items in barrel in daytime, again, I heard the creeper igniting and messed up my whole place. I've seen a person posting this issue for 15.2 but the case was closed due to incomplete information so I am submitting this bug again.
