Bed Not Letting You Spawn When Surrounded By Slabs

As the title says, a bed wont let you spawn at your house if there are slabs surrounding it, i think it looks nice and i want this to be fixed because you'll have to change structure in your room because the bed wont let you spawn when surrounded by slabs
