End Gateway Coordinates Misplaced

The End Gateways are not aligned properly. For example, an end gateway should be at (0, 75, 96) but instead it spawns at (-1, 75, 96). We have the same issue in the Z direction portal as well. It also makes the rest of the portals off by one (in either x, z, or both). There are only 6 portals in the correct location. This makes building structures around them uncentered and not a correct circle.
