Arrow bouncing on head

If I shoot a arrow on myself it bounce on my head.. This looks cool but I think it's a bug

What I expected to happen was...:

Stuck on my character like normal.

What actually happened was...:

Bouncing on my head.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go in 20w14a
2. Shoot perfectly an arrow on you!
3. Try more if it doesn't work but if it's work you'll see it bounce until you move away..
