Minecart visual glitch

What I expected to happen was...:
Saw strange visual glitch well walking around world, broke the glitch and it was a minecart.

What actually happened was...:
Mine cart image switched as i moved around it. went from a zombie like texture to one with little versions of every texture.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place minecart track
2. Place a minecart
3. seems to change with view angle
