Sound event minecraft:entity.minecart.inside does not have an associated subtitle

The bug

MC-91893 was said to be fixed for this snapshot, however the sound minecraft:entity.minecart.inside is still missing a subtitle.

How to reproduce

/playsound minecraft:entity.minecart.inside master @a

Expected behavior

The minecraft:entity.minecart.inside sound would display a subtitle.

Actual behavior

The minecraft:entity.minecart.inside sound does not display a subtitle.
