Getting stuck in an End like dimension

I was exploring the new features playing in creative mode. then I onpened this crying obsidian portal to this end like dimension(Biome:_generated:2043812727) and I can't go back the portal to overworld like in other dimensions. This dimension also has a ton of end ships and jungle trees which makes it very laggy.
