Respawn Anchor's explode's fire like this......

FIRE'S BUG.

What I expected to happen was:
Fire isn't in the sky.

What actually happened was:
Fire in the sky.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put some Respawn Anchor.
2. Explode them.
3. Some probability you can see in the sky's fire.

PS:

Fire in the sky,/setblock can't be done,I expected:/setblock can done fire and soul fire on the incorrect's block,too.
