Using a book that contains the text 'dinnerbone' on a Nether Portal does not generate an upside-down Overworld

While fiddling with the new snapshot, I thought that using a book with the text inside reading 'dinnerbone' would generate an upside-down Overworld or Nether. I was wrong.

 

Please excuse the incorrect Snapshot Version. 20w14~ is not listed.
