Default head when setting up a player ID...

I would like to report a bug: When I get heads through commands, I only get the heads when I define an existing player's name, when I define a player's ID, I get Steve's head...

(Apparently I can't put up screenshots due to the absence of a token, [I don't know how to fix that])
