Shield breaking effects are purple

If your shield breaks it produces purple particles

What I expected to happen was...:
shield would break with normal particles

What actually happened was...:
it broke with weird purple particles

Steps to Reproduce:
1. you take a shield
2. you try to break it
3. you look at the breaking particles
