Spawning Babies Spawns Default Variant

When you right click a mob with a spawn egg it will spawn the default variant, instead of the one you right click, including Villagers (MC-176545) Also, this no longer plays a hand animation, which it did in 1.15.2.

Edit: Hand animation plays, only if block directly behind the Entity you click.
