Breaking and instantly replacing Weeping Vines, Twisting Vines, Kelp, or Bamboo causes it to look weird

Certain blocks behave weirdly when breaking and replacing them on the same tick, such as:

minecraft:kelp_plant

minecraft:weeping_vines_plant

minecraft:twisting_vines_plant

minecraft:bamboo

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place down at least 2 Kelp, Bamboo, or Weeping/Twisting vines.
2. Left click and right click at the same time while looking at any block but the top.
