Minecart textures are derpy

The Minecart textures are showing almost all block textures.

Steps tp reproduce: Just go into a world with Snapshot 13w24a and place a Minecart and look at it.

NOTE: This bug only appears on normal Minecarts, not on Minecarts with blocks in it.
