Cartographers wont trade maps and cant shift-click compass

When playing on my snapshot world, after updating from 20w13a to 20w13b, i noticed that my Cartographer wouldnt trade the explorer-maps. The villager was there from before, but still it should work. I tried making a creative world and testing if it was an issue with me already having a villager from before, but then i met 2 other problems. The first problem was that you can not shift-click compasses into the trading menu of the villagers, not from inventory og from clicking the trade icon of compasses. The other problem was that whenever i tried to get a villager with an explorer map, it would never become one with that trade. I believe i tried with about 30 villagers, and none of them got any explorer maps.
