Ctrl + Pick block on respawn anchors will only give you a respawn anchor without having any NBT saved

The bug

Trying to copy respawn anchors with the charges block state does not work; It only copies the respawn anchor.

To reproduce

1. Place a respawn anchor
2. Charge it with glowstone
3. Do Ctrl +Middle click (scroll wheel)
   → You will receive a normal respawn anchor instead of receiving one with the (+NBT) lore.
