Ghast fireballs do not despawn when ghast is killed

I am unsure if this is a change that I have missed, but now a ghast's fireball no longer despawns when it is killed. In all previous versions fireball automatically despawn.

Not a huge inconvenience, but it's resulted in a few extra explosions, holes and me running around on fire
