Player skulls dont work the same in 1.16 as 1.15

Basically i got a datapack that allows the wandering villager to give certain skulls and in 1.16 they all show up as player skulls but in 1.15 they show up correctly but if i get one in 1.15 and go to 1.16 it works correctly i feel it is a problem with the way the commands work but im not sure
