Zombified Piglins spawn recruitment zombies that pathfind towards the player when attacked by player in creative mode

When a zombified Piglin is attacked by a player in creative mode it still has a chance to spawn a recruitment zombie that pathfinds to the player. The spawning may be intended but the zombie shouldn't pathfind to the player.
