start up problem

An alternate account tried to get the game, it downloaded, but was missing some files, now neither accounts can start the game, though the launch will run fine, by this I mean the launcher will open and you can click play, the window shows up with only a black screen and will not load, i have already tried restarting the program and computer, and even re-installed
