When i enchant my armor there is no visible enchant glow on armor

i was playing the 20w13b snapshot for 1.16 and when i enchanted my diamond armor it wouldn't glow and i tried enchanting other types of armor like gold armor, Netherite armor and it also wouldn't glow...
