Player can get stuck in unloaded chunks after breaking a portal while travelling through it

 

What I expected to happen was...:
portal gonna be broken

What actually happened was...:
void

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a portal in hell
2. go in portal and fast break portal
3. do it 2-4 times

4. see the void
