Swamp Color changes removed

Swamp biomes seem to lose their discoloration randomly for me (now it seems constant.) I have no mods, disabled my texture pack, and the issue persists. The original problem is in a superflat creative mode, but I can re-create it in any mode, even finding randomly generated swamp biomes lacking their darker color. I have included pictures showing the issue. These pictures are with the texture pack on, I can include ones with it off if requested, however all it is, is normal water color/leaf color in swamp area. This issue started, was corrected by making a new world via superflat, then began again, and now cannot be corrected at all.
