Basalt Pillars spawning in the middle of the lava ocean !

What I expected to happen was...:
Basalt Pillars spawn in land and next to soul sand or soul oil 

What actually happened was...:
Basalt Pillars spawning in lava lakes , 
in the middle of the lava ocean !

Dont have !
