Pressure plate on tnt only ignites adjacent tnt directionally

When placing a pressure plate on tnt, the pressure plate will only ignite adjacent tnt to the east or west, not north or south.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place TNT and a pressure plate as shown in the picture below
2. Stand on pressure plate
3. Only the east and west TNT ignite
