Game breaks after dying in the Nether

After dying in the Nether and respawning in the overworld, breaking blocks creates ghost blocks, placing blocks is impossible and the player cannot enter Nether portals. Reloading the world causes players to completely lose control of their avatars, first-person view is view from inside the head, F5 shows that player does not move as camera rotates.
