I died from a skeleton on minecraft and when i respawned i couldnt move at all. my name tag showed up and for some reason i was able to hit myself. pls help this is my favorite world

I was running from a skeleton while i was making my base. i died from it then respawned and i was inside my profile. like i was litterally in the inside of my skin. then i was able to hit myself and was completely standing still. and for some reason my name tag was shown up
