Lodestone compass needle doesn't have an animation

The bug

As opposed to the needle of a normal compass, the needle of a lodestone compass moves immediately to the new location.

To reproduce

1. Have a compass and a lodestone compass in your hotbar
2. Run /tp @s ~ ~ ~ ~90 ~
   → The needle of the lodestone compass moves immediately, the needle of the normal compass has an animation.
