Player can be ejected partially inside of a block when dismounting a boat

The bug

When dismounting a boat, the player can be partially ejected inside of a block, causing it to take suffocation damage when in Survival mode.

To reproduce

1. Place a boat like in this screenshot:
   
2. Mount it
3. Dismount it
   → You are placed partially inside one of the stone blocks
