Add the zombie pigman again

There is a issue about pig transformation after being electrocuted by lightning :

I think that it would be better to reinstate the zombie pigman, because first of all it look a lot like the pig.

Then, the zombie pigman could appear in Nether blue forests, that way  the blue forests will be more animed and more interesting...

Finally, it will be a good idea that but only the pig-zombie can have appeared by the electrocution of a pig, but also that the zombies can infected the pigs so that they become pig-zombie.
