Item frame not rendered correctly when placed on top of a lectern

The item frame rendering on top of the lectern

What actually happened was...:
The item frame rendered in the lectern

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put lectern down
2. Place a Item frame on top of the lectern while sneaking
