Unable to summon Evocation Fangs with {UUID} NBT by /execute cmd

Without doubt, 20w12a really surprised me cuz UUID NBTs were changed. It makes so many funny XPs doesn't work. 4 example, let Zombiefied Piglins infect Villagers with Evocation Fangs with {OwnerUUID} NBT. So I've 2 spend more time 2 fit this update.

The Bug

Now ge2 the point. 2day I wan2 test new UUID NBTs, so I use cmd 2 make Evoker Fangs R summoned @ Wandering Traders. But nothing happened, even thou cmd feedback said "Successfully summoned Evoker Fangs".

How to Produce?

Use this cmd:

/execute at @e[type=minecraft:wandering_trader] run summon minecraft:evoker_fangs ~ ~ ~

{UUID:[I;0,0,0,1]}

Nothing happens.

Different from without execute, the latter 1 works.

I really wan2 know how Evoker Fangs recognize their owners with NBT. I cannot use F3 + I 2 get NBT details. Pls tell me if U can QAQ. Thx.
